Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100!
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 to the mainland 50 states, the District of Columbia, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands and Guam. 

Please allow up to 48 business hours (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days) to process and ship your order.

Orders must be placed by 9:00am EST for expedited shipment to be processed within the same day (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days).

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Passionista Apparel, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Passionista Apparel is not responsible for packages that are shipped to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. To ensure your package is properly delivered, please confirm that your full address is entered correctly. If your entered address cannot be verified by USPS or other carrier, there will be a delay in your order being processed and/or delivered.

If you realize that your shipping address was entered incorrectly please email orders@passionista-apparel.com immediately to update the order with the correct shipping address.

If your order was shipped and the tracking information confirms that your package was delivered but you have not yet received it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to track the location of your package. Passionista Apparel is not responsible for packages that are marked delivered by the shipping carrier.
