Return Policy

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving package, exceptions are made on a case by case basis.You must notify Passionista Apparel of an exchange via email at returns@passionista-apparel.com to inform us that you would like to process an exchange. All items must be in their original packaging and tags must be attached. A 5% re-stock fee will be applied to any items returned without their original packaging or tags.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS
Refunds are only offered in case of manufacturing faults.
Please include a copy of your invoice and reason for exchange.

(Passionista Apparel is not responsible for any lost Packages, for your protection please add tracking to your merchandise).
Once you notify Passionista Apparel of an exchange, exchange MUST be mailed out within the next 48 HRS.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE ODOR FREE/SOIL FREE (including perfume, deodorant, lotion, etc.)
Once your exchange is received, logged and inspected, we will send you an email to verify receipt. We will also notify you as to whether your exchange is accepted or rejected.
Please allow 5-7 business days for Passionista Apparel to initiate contact with you once exchange items have been received.

FAULTY ITEMS
The Passionista team does a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at returns@passionista-apparel.com as soon as possible. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.

STORE CREDIT
Store credit can only be used at THEPASSIONISTA.COM
Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Please treat store credit like cash.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Store credit never expires.
Store credit is provided in US dollars.
